I still can’t get the rel=me verification to work, but otoh the ActivityPub bridge plugin does. You should be able to add me on any one of the Mastodon clients, though logged in on Elk (which I used to test logging in as this account), the posts come out as-is, but on Fedilab (as follower) there’s a link back to the original post which i prefer. Due to my wacky set up with my WordPress account, I’m a bit locked out from doing basic things. The perils of being too clever but forgetful as hell. Still, if you’re reading this on your fedi account, feel free to comment, that works at least!
Text formatting does port over and depending on your client and/or protocol, is rendered correctly. Unfortunately the full body post is posted and the readmore cut doesn’t work to collapse the post masto-side, so it looks like that will have to be a client-side solution. Other things that don’t port over is post titles and tags. Maybe this can be a newsletter/signpost of sorts while I set up fuller posts in my subdomains. Well, that’s something to think about.
